The Role
This role involves working directly with one of our clients.
We share a long-standing partnership with this client that we value highly, and we take pride in supporting their team by embedding Chapel's expertise at the heart of what they do.
You’ll be based full-time within our clients in-house creative studio managing engaging global campaigns that connect brands with travellers around the world.
This is a great opportunity for someone with project management and campaign experience who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious creative environment — representing Chapel and delivering excellent in-house service to a thriving client.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of media campaigns from briefing through to launch.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers and documentation.
- Brief and work closely with copywriters and designers.
- Attend and confidently contribute to team meetings, status calls and internal WIPs.
- Be a day-to-day point of contact for project queries and updates.
- Maintain campaign tracking tools including trafficking workbook, spreadsheets and project timelines.
- Raise risks, flag blockers and help keep projects moving.
- Spot additional opportunities for Chapel to support our client with their ongoing creative work to grow the account and further our ongoing partnership.
Experience
- Working within a creative environment, briefing creatives and managing creative projects.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to clients and presenting project updates.
- A methodical approach and enjoyment of structured, repeatable tasks.
- Strong administrative skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, trackers and documentation.
- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
