As Chapelâs Project and Account Manager, you will be a main point of contact for one to two of our accounts, responsible for the coordination and completion of all projects on time, within budget and to scope, as well as spotting opportunities for growth. You must be able to navigate a collaborative culture, motivating your team members to uphold Chapelâs creative excellence and deliver client satisfaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage varying projects from proposal to delivery [digital, social, web, events, production]
- Act as a main point of contact for all clients and suppliers
- Work with the Client Partner to maintain existing relationships and build new ones
- Oversee in-house and commissioned creative teams
- Assign responsibilities to get the best out of every brief
- Generate proposals, timelines, SOWs and POs
- Manage budget trackers and monitor progression
- Liaise with clients regularly to maintain an efficient workflow
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
- Organise and lead in/external meetings including WIPs
- Source, build and maintain third party relationships
- Support and contribute to Chapelâs creative progression

Our Salary Band for this Midweight Project & Account Manager role is ÂŁ35-45k. We work from our Shoreditch studio every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
