About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Painter and Decorator to join our team, specialising in high-end residential properties. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes across a range of premium projects. This role requires a meticulous approach, ensuring all work meets the highest standards while maintaining a clean, organised, and respectful working environment within clients' homes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, skimming, and plaster repairs
- Apply premium paints (e.g. Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, and specialist brands) using brushes and rollers
- Carry out finishing work including varnishes, lacquers, and wood stains
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-protected working environment at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients, designers, and site managers to meet exact specifications
About You:
As our new Painter and Decorator, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working within high-end or luxury residential decoration, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless finishes. You will be confident in achieving sharp cutting-in, smooth finishes, and working with premium materials. Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance are essential, along with the ability to work respectfully within high-specification homes. It is essential that you hold a valid UK Drivers Licence.
