The Role
- Process vehicle sales orders accurately from order to delivery
- Ensure all documentation meets FCA, DVLA, and manufacturer requirements
- Manage registrations, invoicing, and deal files
- Liaise with finance companies, sales teams, and customers
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems
- Support audits and ensure full compliance
- Handle customer queries and track order progress
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade
- Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, registrations, and compliance
