The Role
- Support the Service Department with scheduling, job cards and customer updates
- Deliver a first-class customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection
- Assist with explaining servicing and repair requirements and providing estimates
- Learn to identify appropriate additional service opportunities
- Prepare invoices, process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with dealership standards
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and retention
- What We’re Looking For
- No previous motor trade or Service Advisor experience required
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- Previous customer service, retail, administration or sales experience is desirable but not essential
- Eligibility
