Are you a well organised and data driven Account Executive with a passion for wine? In this role, you'll support the execution of commercial plans across a broad range of Chapel Down's most important customers. This role offers the chance to drive brand performance and long-term customer success working with exposure to International business partners, Travel Retail, influential hospitality operators and the top 4 grocers.
You will:
- MANAGE CUSTOMER DATA AND TURN INTO ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS Support multi-channel data management and customer analysis, creating selling stories for Chapel Down. Managing product data and responsibility for demand planning, allocations, and stockholding across key customers, both domestic and international. Responsibility for tracking income and expenditure along with channel CRM database management.
- BUILD WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIPS Play a pivotal role in delivering commercial success through supporting the flawless execution of channel strategy across our key customers. Conduct store audits and deliver best in class category, brand and product training in order to positively influence customer sales capabilities. Manage and coordinate international logistics to ensure timely delivery of export orders and prepare market dashboards for monthly reporting analysis.
- SUPPORT EXECUTION OF BRAND CAMPAIGNS Coordinate brand activation campaigns across International, On Trade & Off Trade channels to ensure performance is maximised in line with channel expectations.
The successful candidate (skills and experience):
- Previous experience in sales support and customer facing roles
- Able to plan and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proactive and self-sufficient
- Analytical/numerate with good attention to detail
