Responsibilities
- Run a section in the kitchen ensuring all produce is fresh and prepared to the required standard.
- Help to train the Commis chefs.
- Perform all normal Chef de Partie duties and additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Senior Chef de Partie with significant experience, at least in a good quality venue.
- Looking for more responsibility and a step up.
- Experience with fresh food preparation is beneficial.
