The Role
You'll be the first face people see and the first voice they hear, whether that's a prize winner collecting their trophy, a client arriving for a meeting, or a colleague who just needs a helping hand. This role combines front-of-house ownership with admin support across multiple departments including Marketing, HR, Customer Service, Tech and more. No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning the front-of-house experience by welcoming visitors, managing sign-in and keeping reception and breakout areas running smoothly
- Being the go-to for room bookings, meeting prep, kitchen and stationery supplies
- Managing the company van booking system and carrying out basic checks
- Handling routine health and safety checks and flagging anything that needs attention
- Providing admin support across teams, i.e. minute taking, scheduling, internal comms coordination and more
- Helping to organise internal events, training sessions and anything the business needs
- Being someone people can rely on to follow through and get things done
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience in a reception, admin or customer-facing role
- A warm, confident communicator who puts people at ease straight away
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a follow-through mentality
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Happy working independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in the charity, education or SEND sectors
- Basic health and safety knowledge
- First Aid or Fire Warden training
- Awareness of data protection and confidentiality best practice
