The Role

You'll be the first face people see and the first voice they hear, whether that's a prize winner collecting their trophy, a client arriving for a meeting, or a colleague who just needs a helping hand. This role combines front-of-house ownership with admin support across multiple departments including Marketing, HR, Customer Service, Tech and more. No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

  • Being the go-to for room bookings, meeting prep, kitchen and stationery supplies
  • Managing the company van booking system and carrying out basic checks
  • Handling routine health and safety checks and flagging anything that needs attention
  • Providing admin support across teams, i.e. minute taking, scheduling, internal comms coordination and more
  • Helping to organise internal events, training sessions and anything the business needs
  • Being someone people can rely on to follow through and get things done

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience in a reception, admin or customer-facing role
  • A warm, confident communicator who puts people at ease straight away
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a follow-through mentality
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the charity, education or SEND sectors
