We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced and growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and brand storytelling — with the confidence to support both digital campaigns and on-the-ground activations.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the department, helping to deliver engaging campaigns that grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and drive meaningful customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and briefing to execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaise with the wider marketing team and other internal teams (Digital Engagement and Community Teams) to align campaign activities.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet brand standards.
- Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyse campaign performance against agreed KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Head of Marketing and wider team.
- Use insights to make recommendations for optimising future campaigns.
- Monitor social media and campaign analytics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks
- Assist with maintaining campaign trackers, reports, and budgets.
- Support the Head of Marketing with scheduling, calendar management, and project deadlines.
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Events, Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events, street activations, and content shoots.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-the-ground support to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the Head of Marketing in building and managing relationships with partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships with external collaborators to maximise opportunities for growth and brand visibility.
- Marketing Collateral & Team Collaboration
- Assist with the development and distribution of marketing collateral (digital and print).
- Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team to deliver joined-up campaigns and initiatives.
- Support cross-department collaboration, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Essential:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong social media experience across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Proven content creation skills (video, copywriting, photography, or design).
- Proficiency with Canva for content creation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and measure performance.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ideas and bring them to life.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events and activations.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Previous experience in a marketing or brand role.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Knowledge of the entertainment, competitions, or gaming industry.
