Role Overview:
As our London office continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and highly organised PeopleCoordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of employee and candidate experiences across our UK and EMEA teams. Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager, you'll work closely with our US-based People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate onboarding, recruitment activities, employee engagement and local employee support, helping create a seamless experience for both employees and candidates.

Responsibilities:
- People Operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for UK and EMEA employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Support the employee lifecycle by coordinating benefits, payroll, HR administration and mobility processes with the US People Operations team.
- Support day-to-day employee queries, coordinating with our US People Operations team where required.
- Assist with maintaining employee records, People systems and documentation.
- Coordinate new starter logistics including workspaces, welcome packs, branded merchandise and induction schedules.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers, recruiters and interview panels.
- Manage onsite interview logistics including room bookings, candidate hospitality and interview coordination.
- Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely coordination.
- Support offer coordination, background checks and new hire logistics.
- Assist with recruitment reporting, hiring events and process improvements.
- Employee Experience
- Coordinate team socials, employee engagement activities and internal events across the London office.
- Support employee recognition initiatives and internal communications.
- Coordinate branded merchandise (swag), welcome gifts and employee experience initiatives.
- Support visitors, new starters and interview candidates during onsite visits.
- Partner with the Workplace Operations Manager to help create an engaging, welcoming office environment.
- 2-5 years of experience in a coordination role supporting Workplace, Employee Experience, People Operations, Talent Acquisition or Business Operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across teams and building relationships.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of tasks while working as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and collaboration tools such as Slack.
- Positive, adaptable and enjoys working across multiple functions to support a growing business.
- Willingness to work primarily from our London office (4 days per week).
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting People Operations, Talent Acquisition or Workplace.
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience supporting onboarding, benefits or HR administration.
- Experience organising internal events, employee engagement initiatives or workplace culture activities.
- Previous experience within a high-growth technology, defence or start-up environment.
