Role Overview
As an IT Support Specialist at our vibrant Los Angeles headquarters, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all local IT needs. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure a seamless and high-quality IT support experience for our executive team and staff by resolving technical issues, managing hardware and software provisioning, and maintaining the overall IT environment. You’ll work closely with the IT team and contribute to company-wide IT initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, white-glove technical support to executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and the broader Los Angeles office via ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, minimizing business disruption.
- Provide hands-on support for critical meetings, including video conferencing systems, presentation technology, and collaboration platforms.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and technology orientation/training for new employees.
- Administer and manage enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf, overseeing device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, patch management, and endpoint security controls.
- Provision and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH.
- Contribute to broader IT initiatives including system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and software deployments.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
Work full-time onsite Monday-Friday.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, endpoint administration, or corporate IT operations.
- Demonstrated systematic troubleshooting methodology with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience supporting stakeholders across varying levels of the organization.
- 2+ years of experience architecting, administering, and maintaining enterprise MDM environments using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, compliance enforcement, and security policy configuration.
- Experience supporting video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, conference room AV).
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments such as Microsoft GCC High, Azure Government, or AWS GovCloud.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP-compliant collaboration and security platforms (e.g., ZoomGov, Slack Gov, Zscaler, Threat Locker, Microsoft Defender for Government).
- Working knowledge of compliance-driven frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, or similar regulatory standards.
- Jamf 200/300/400 certification.
- Experience operating in environments handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or ITAR-restricted systems.
