Role Overview

The

Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales enablement programme across the global sales organisation.

The role translates product capability and market positioning into practical tools, methodologies, and training that equip sellers and channel partners to engage effectively, reduce ramp time, and contribute to consistent revenue growth.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Channel, this role supports a cohesive, value-based narrative across all sales motions.

This role requires a commercially grounded enablement professional with a clear track record in B2B Saa S sales environments with a strong grasp of the AEC or adjacent technology landscape being a plus.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a value-based sales methodology that translates complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes, equipping sellers to engage effectively at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning materials that reflect current market conditions and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to define and refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and pain-point frameworks, ensuring GTM alignment across direct and partner sales channels.
  • Build and execute a structured onboarding programme for new sellers and channel partners, with a clear focus on reducing time-to-productivity and building foundational product and sales competency.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training and coaching programmes that develop advanced discovery, negotiation, and value-selling skills across the sales organisation.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps, analyse pipeline and conversion data, and translate findings into targeted enablement interventions.
  • Track and report on enablement effectiveness, measuring the impact of training initiatives and sales plays on pipeline progression and revenue outcomes.
  • Gather and synthesise field feedback from sellers and partners, surfacing insights to Product Marketing and Sales leadership to support messaging refinement and GTM iteration.
  • Manage the enablement content library and tooling, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and consistently used across the sales organisation.
  • Required Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement within a B2B Saa S or technology company, with direct involvement in designing and delivering programmes that measurably improved sales performance.
  • Proven track record of building or contributing to a sales enablement programme, including playbook development, onboarding design, and ongoing coaching frameworks.
  • Demonstrable experience working embedded within or alongside a sales organisation: with a clear understanding of how enterprise or mid-market sales cycles work, what sellers need to win, and how enablement creates commercial impact.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Marketing to develop value messaging, ICP frameworks, and sales narratives.
  • Plus: Strong familiarity with the AEC, visualisation, or adjacent technology sectors; ability to develop credible technical fluency in complex software environments is required.
  • Required Skills
  • Clear understanding of how B2B revenue is generated, where deals are won or lost, and how to design enablement that addresses real sales challenges rather than generic training need.
  • Able to take complex product capabilities or technical differentiators and translate them into compelling, outcome-focused narratives that resonate with both technical and executive buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured enablement programmes with clear learning objectives, measurable outcomes, and practical application to live deals.
  • Comfortable using pipeline data, sales performance metrics, and field insights to identify skill gaps, prioritise interventions, and demonstrate enablement impact.
  • Able to build effective working relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, and Channel without direct authority, driving alignment across competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
