Location & Work Arrangement
This position is based in London, UK. The role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in our office in Egham, Surrey (Tuesday–Thursday). Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK without any visa restrictions or sponsorship requirements. Please note: Graduate Visas, Skilled Worker Visas, and other time‑limited visas do NOT count.

Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential Cylindo customers. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying e‑commerce & marketing leads within the furniture retail space.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research high‑potential brands and retailers.
  • Execute targeted outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate on go‑to‑market strategy and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility.
  • Be the first impression of a cutting‑edge tech solution transforming digital retail.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year in SDR/BDR role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Experience engaging marketing and eCommerce decision‑makers.
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
  • CRM know‑how (Hubspot & ZoomInfo preferred, not required).
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and a team‑first attitude.
  • College education.
  • Be creative, eager to learn and coachable.
  • Surrey‑based (3 days/week in office).
