Role Overview The

VP, Growth Marketing serves as a commercial executive leader within the Chaos revenue organization, owning the global strategy, execution, and P&L of the direct digital and e‑commerce business.

Accountable for scaling a €10M+ ARR target, this position will have ownership for scaling the Chaos Product‑Led Growth (PLG) and demand generation model.

The VP, Growth Marketing will translate our AEC growth vision into actionable marketing frameworks, converting global digital traffic into high‑velocity, compounding commercial outcomes.

This role will be responsible for leading the Campaigns, Performance Marketing & Analytics, Website & Organic Growth (SEO/GEO), Social Media & Influencer, Field Marketing & Events teams.

Key Responsibilities Hold full accountability for forecasting, maturing, and growing the €10M+ ARR direct digital sales channel.

Manage the global Marketing budget allocation, ensuring spend is allocated accordingly and appropriately to enable achievement of key deliverables within the agreed fiscal remit.

Establish commercial KPIs and continuously audit funnel performance to maximize revenue velocity.

Direct the global performance marketing and campaign functions, maintaining absolute oversight of acquisition spend, bid optimization strategies, and capital allocation across new customer acquisition,
