We're on the lookout for a Creative Artworker to join our growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to bring creative concepts to life and work with a big mix of clients and sectors on campaigns, branding, print, digital, animation and more. You’ll need strong attention to detail with excellent technical skills across multiple software platforms: Adobe CC, MS Office (essential), After Effects (preferred) and Figma (bonus). You’ll be happy to pick up a brand or campaign concept and help roll it out, create print ready artwork for anything from brochures to exhibition graphics, turn concepts into PowerPoint templates and support with anything else the team needs help with. All while having the ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintaining the highest quality standards. You’ll be technically minded, with a keen interest in the latest software developments, trends, and AI integrations, serving as a go‑to source of technical expertise for the team. We’re a friendly and proactive group, so someone with a positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to share knowledge will fit right in. Previous experience at creative agencies is highly advantageous.
On a Day-to-day basis you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Take creative concepts and develop them into final artwork and production-ready assets across print and digital
- Work closely with Designers and Design Directors to execute artwork for new brand identities, campaigns, print, digital and much more
- Produce high-quality, accurate artwork that meets client specifications and brand guidelines
- Manage multiple artworking projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Collaborate with the team throughout the production process
- Support the studio with technical expertise and artwork production
- Take ownership of artwork quality control, ensuring all assets are pixel-perfect and print-ready
- Help with any retouching needed for print-ready/digital output
A bit about us: As a boutique award winning Top 50 design agency, we punch above our weight and boast a roster of high profile client work for the likes of Heathrow, EY, Sony, JPMorgan, RBS, Canon, Nespresso, Zurich and Kenwood, as well as numerous niche SMEs. We also work internationally across Europe and South East Asia and have big ambitions so we’ll be wanting a creative designer with solid creative agency experience - ideally across some of our key client sectors – Financial Services, Technology, FMCG, and Travel. You’ll find our team is a diverse bunch brimming with talent. Firing on all cylinders with a culture that not only takes care of our people, but empowers us to deliver career‑defining work. All this means we need more brilliant people. People who will enthusiastically get stuck in with the next exciting part of our story.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone, regardless of background, feels valued and empowered. We actively encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a culture of equity and respect. We are currently using a hybrid studio/home working model and our head office is based in Guildford. So you will be expected to be in the office for at least 2 days a week, possibly more depending on projects so must live a commutable distance from Guildford. You can expect to work in a fun but fast paced (at times), creative and inspiring environment with a bunch of equally talented, ambitious creative types. You will also receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday a year, pension, company bonus and your birthday off as an extra days holiday.
