- 你会参与的事情
- 协助整理 brief、客户反馈、会议记录和下一步行动
- 跟进文案、设计师及其他合作伙伴的工作进度
- 整理team在 Figma、Feishu、Google Drive 等平台中的文件和评论
- 协助准备提案、参考资料、mood board 和基础 research
- 将零散的创意想法整理成清晰的工作任务
- 协调不同项目、人员、时间线和交付节点
- 协助处理项目排期、合同、发票及部分工作室日常事务
- 在需要时参与简单的文案、deck 和视觉资料整理
- 与英国、中国及其他地区的合作伙伴跨时区协作

- 英语好，至少比 founder 好
- 别太多ego
- 对广告、品牌、设计、内容或创意行业有基本了解
- 做事非常有条理，能够同时处理多条工作线
- 主动，不需要每件事都等人提醒
- 沟通清楚，知道什么时候应该追问，什么时候应该推进
- 有基本审美，能够判断一份 deck、参考图或设计文件是否足够清楚
- 中文沟通流畅，英文清楚明白
- 熟悉或愿意快速学习 Figma、Feishu、Google Workspace、Adobe以及AI等工具
- 对 AI、科技、汽车、Creator Culture 感兴趣
- 能够适应节奏较快、需求不断变化的小型创意团队
- 有 Agency、设计工作室、制作公司或品牌团队经验会是加分项
- 你不需要已经是创意总监，也不需要什么都会。
- 但你需要能够接住事情，把事情整理好，并让团队中的其他人更顺畅地工作。
