Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for pioneering cellular anti‑aging therapies? Our sister brand La Prairie is seeking a Beauty Advisor for their counter in Harvey Nichols – Leeds. As a La Prairie Beauty Advisor working 3 days a week, you will act as our Maison Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service. You will build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships with our discerning clients, create carefully curated experiences and maintain perfect etiquette.

Main Accountabilities

  • Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition.
  • Achieve sales objectives by retaining and recruiting clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
  • Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, particularly with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc.
  • Maintain retail excellence and uphold the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards at the point of sale.
  • Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and form lasting relationships.
  • Pro‑actively introduce and recommend relevant products, delivering a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times.
  • Engage clients and maintain relationships using La Prairie’s clienteling tools and systems.
  • Be knowledgeable about all products, conveying the heritage, skin science and benefits in a relevant way to the client.
  • Ensure exceptional service by encouraging the application of products either on counter or within the cabin.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing high‑quality skincare treatments to clients.
  • NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Essential).
  • Exceptional service mindset – you take pleasure and satisfaction in providing outstanding service to clients.
  • Real passion for beauty and skincare with an affinity for luxury, always striving for excellence.
  • Strong business acumen to drive sales and exceed business objectives.
