Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti‑aging therapies? Our sister brand La Prairie is looking for a Counter Manager to join the North Region.
Responsible for managing our counter at Harvey Nichols in Leeds, you will oversee one Beauty Consultant and implement effective weekly business plans. You will work towards maximising retail performance targets, be accountable for sales and performance of the account, and have the opportunity to cultivate new connections in Leeds while recruiting new customers for the brand. You will also utilise our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on‑/off‑counter animations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales by using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines, including creating outreach opportunities and partnering with host store to offer the ultimate La Prairie experience.
- Traffic stop daily in store to recruit prospective clients to your business.
- Invite every customer to sit down for a skincare consultation: listening and identifying the customer’s needs.
- Proactively organise external events to generate sales and recruit new clients to your counter.
- Ensure the counter is represented to exemplary standards and effectively communicate with all relevant La Prairie departments.
