We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Assistant to join our Head Office team in London on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and play a key role across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and office operations.

Role Purpose/Mission
- The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department and wider office teams
- Assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration and office/facilities management
- Main Accountabilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites
- Screening CV’s and conducting initial candidate calls, scheduling interviews and interacting with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Draft offer letters/contracts and send out new hire documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including induction and training schedules for new employees
- Support with new starter equipment (phone/laptop) set up
HR Administration
- Collate and submit monthly Payroll data for all Retail and Head Office employees
- Maintain and update employee records on the internal system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, promotions, terminations, and benefits enrolment.
- Prepare and send out staff gifts (welcome/anniversary/birthday)
- Support with monthly/quarterly HR data and reports, note taking in meetings, drafting letters, sending calendar invites
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including scheduling meetings.
Office/Facilities Management
- Own the administration of Health & Safety requirements for the building
- Attend quarterly tenants meetings
- Responsible for ordering office equipment and catering
- Assisting with organising and setting up in house events/training/socials
- Projects
- Support with various HR projects throughout the employee lifecycle and in line with the teams business priorities
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in HR desirable
- Great attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Well organised, proactive and trustworthy
- Team player with a can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and data savvy
