This is the first wave of a new hybrid channel team, working directly with a high-performing Head of Channel who is building something with real scale and momentum.
About the Role- Revenue Growth: Manage resigns, upsells and cross-sells across your partner base.
- Partner Development: Build strong relationships with partners, ensuring they are supported, enabled and confident selling the full portfolio.
- Field Engagement: Periodic partner site visits, and supporting partners to help secure business.
- Market Presence: Represent the business at exhibitions, events and industry awards.
- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain accurate forecasting, activity reporting and partner performance tracking.
- Partner Activation: Ensure partners are actively promoting and positioning the portfolio to their customer base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Channel and wider commercial teams to support GTM plans and partner campaigns.
- Proven success in channel sales or account management within telecoms, UCaaS or connectivity.
- Strong relationship builder who can take a partner from early engagement to consistent revenue.
- Ambition to progress as the team grows, with a clear path into senior roles.
