Channel Recruitment is looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to support our growing Cyber Security practice across the US and Swiss market.

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing recruitment processes for specialist technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage Cyber Security professionals across the US and Swiss market.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Qualify candidates through screening interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Director on establishing new markets whilst managing current client base

Requirements

  • Previous experience in agency recruitment preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Experience recruiting within IT is essential and Cyber Security specialism is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working with Swiss and US-based candidates and clients.
