Are you looking for a career in healthcare? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others, and the desire to build a rewarding career, we’d love to train you! Join our Pharmacy team. The successful candidate will support the Pharmacist Manager and Pharmacist to ensure that the pharmacy operates according to all appropriate standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and coordinate daily dispensary operations, in conjunction with the Pharmacist Manager.
  • Effectively execute excellent customer service.
  • Dispense medicines, appliances and other medical devices as per Code of Ethics.
  • Order pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies and drugs, maintaining stock and storing in a correct and appropriate manner.
  • Maintain records such as pharmacy files, patient medication records and registries of controlled drugs.
  • Meet all legal compliance and maintain due diligence – General Pharmaceutical Council standards and health & safety.
  • Demonstrate the Society Aims and Value and the Management Charter.

Requirements

  • An appreciation of the importance of good customer service.
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • A can-do attitude and a great team player.
  • A valid Right to Work document will be required. EU settled status document will be required from those holding an EU passport.
  • DBS check is required.
  • If you have less than five years residency status, you may be considered for full time roles.
