Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented Print Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role focuses on developing high-impact, visually engaging print materials, while also supporting digital design needs, including social media content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong print design portfolio, a working knowledge of social media platforms, and be comfortable using modern AI tools to enhance creative output and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a wide variety of print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, packaging, signage, and stationery
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, DALL·E) to brainstorm concepts, generate assets, and enhance design workflow
  • Develop creative concepts and execute layouts from idea to print-ready file
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials — print and digital
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align design with campaign goals
  • Prepare and package files for professional print production, ensuring correct bleeds, colour profiles, and resolutions
  • Communicate with vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in print design, AI tools, social media content design, and visual storytelling

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in print graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) with strong layout and typographic skills
  • Solid understanding of printing processes, including offset, digital, screen printing, and packaging
  • Knowledge of file formats, image resolution, colour separation, and prepress setup
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to follow brand standards
  • Excellent time-management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and apply revisions efficiently
  • Familiarity with die lines, mock-ups, and packaging design is a plus

  • Experience with print vendor communication and press checks
  • Knowledge of design trends in packaging, editorial, and advertising
