Role summary
We’re hiring a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join Channel Factory's growing Product Marketing function in Europe. This role will be responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and go-to-market programs that help Sales win, onboard customers successfully, and scale adoption. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data Science and Marketing to launch products, equip the field, and measure commercial impact. This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior PMM (4-5 years' experience) ready to grow into a manager-level role, who wants to own GTM for video/brand safety and measurement products.
What you’ll do
- Own go-to-market and positioning for assigned product areas (for example: brand safety / brand suitability, measurement & verification, CTV/YouTube products).
- Create crisp positioning, messaging frameworks, buyer personas and value propositions that resonate with advertisers and agencies.
- Develop sales enablement materials: battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, RFP/RFI templates, playbooks and objection handling.
- Partner with Product Management and Data Science to create product briefs, launch plans and customer-facing collateral that explain technical capabilities and business outcomes.
- Lead product launches end-to-end (planning, internal launch, customer-facing launch, and post-launch enablement).
- Drive competitive and market analysis - maintain competitive battlecards and deliver win/loss insights to inform product and sales strategy.
- Support the sales organization with deal support, customer ROI / business case development and tailored pitch materials.
- Produce customer stories, case studies and thought leadership with Marketing to build demand and credibility.
- Run voice-of-customer research, gather feedback, and translate insights into product and GTM recommendations.
- Define and track PMM success metrics (e.g., win rate, sales cycle, product adoption, content engagement, enablement uptake) and report on impact.
- Be a cross-functional communicator - ensure alignment across Product, Sales, CS, Marketing and leadership.
What we’re looking for
- 4-5 years product marketing or related experience in ad tech, digital media, measurement or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience leading product launches and building sales enablement programs that move the needle on revenue metrics.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, building models, and reporting on GTM outcomes; SQL or familiarity with analytics tools a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CS, Marketing).
- Hands-on experience creating RFP/RFI responses, case studies, thought leadership and sales playbooks.
- Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot and tools like Confluence, Jira is beneficial.
- Deep curiosity about the ad tech ecosystem (YouTube, CTV, programmatic, brand safety & measurement partners).
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus but not required.
What success looks like (first 6-12 months)
- Clear product positioning and messaging adopted by Sales for assigned products.
- At least one successful product launch with measurable outcomes (e.g., improved win rate or shortened sales cycle).
- Core sales enablement library delivered and in active use by the field.
- Documented competitive intelligence and at least one actionable insight that informs product or GTM decisions.
- Regular, data-driven reporting that ties PMM activity to commercial impact.
Why join us
- Work at the forefront of video advertising and brand safety with a market-leading team.
- Be part of a growing Product Marketing function where you can own projects and scale your impact.
- Collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven culture with opportunities for career growth.
