Channel Factory's EMEA markets are growing rapidly — and so is the demand for high-quality, localised marketing and events. Our lean GTM marketing team needs someone to help us scale. As Marketing Coordinator, EMEA, you will sit at the heart of our regional marketing operation: mainly supporting events across Europe including the Cannes Lions, campaign activations, and day-to-day local marketing requests across multiple markets.
What You Will Do
- Event support: Coordinate end-to-end event marketing across Europe markets — planning, logistics, on-the-day delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
- Campaign activations: Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables for campaign activations running simultaneously across multiple markets.
- Social media: Support social media plans tied to campaigns and events, maintaining consistent messaging across the region.
- Asset management: Gather and organise marketing assets for local and regional use, enabling best-practice sharing across all EMEA markets.
- Event & swag logistics: Support creating, ordering, tracking, and fulfilment of event materials and branded merchandise across Europe markets.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field. Experience in AdTech is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills - you can manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and additional European languages to facilitate communication with onsite suppliers and organisers.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in B2B marketing and events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Experience with marketing tools, social media platforms, or project management software is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 fixed (depending on experience) + Bonus
- Holiday: 30 working days per year
