Channel Factory is in search of an innovative and dedicated Sr Full Stack Python / Django Developer to join our growing team. We are seeking an eager, passionate, and highly skilled individual to bring our product to life. The Engineer pays relentless attention to detail and will work with the different teams to communicate our ideas, shape our brand, and increase customer demand. They will be expected to work on a variety of projects and should have a great deal of experience with the software engineering life cycle and large data. An emphasis will be placed on ensuring that the latest technologies, techniques, functionality, trends, and usability best practices are used.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack
- Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for new features and systems
- Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and provide feedback to peers during code reviews
- Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Collaborate effectively with distributed team members across multiple time zones, including offshore development teams
- Build relationships and foster team cohesion across geographical and cultural boundaries.

Qualifications
- ~3+ years of professional experience in software development
- ~ Experience with leading and mentoring junior developers
- ~ Expert proficiency with Python / Django
- ~ Strong proficiency with ReactJS, JavaScript, and PHP
- ~ Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, web infrastructure, and tooling for automated testing and deployment
- ~ In-depth experience with cloud-based services (AWS)
- ~ Experience with various database technologies (Postgres, OpenSearch, Redis)
- ~ Experience with distributed data technologies (RabbitMQ, Celery)
- ~ Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
- ~ This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.
