About the Role: With the rapid growth of Channels Factory’s global footprint, agency partnerships and solutions, we’re building a Global Agency Partnerships function that supports our innovation and servicing across all global markets. Our agencies are proactively looking for opportunities and ways to continue growing our relationships, and this role will be imperative to build a blueprint of supporting specific global patches. This role will support our desire to have dedicated resources across our selected Holding Companies, where we have an existing and strong global level relationship and presence. The successful candidate will offer world-class strategic sales skills, solution and product expertise, and enviable communication and collaboration skills to fast-track global to local revenue and relationships across dedicated HoldCos.

Responsibilities – Key areas you will be tasked to build, develop and deliver globally:

  • Commercial and Trading, performance tracking and revenue optimization
    • Revenue – Ensuring delivery of revenue targets, agreements and trading deals.
    • Agreements – Negotiating, optimization and delivery of robust agreements.
    • Influencing – Supporting regional growth, with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Go-to-Market and Positioning, consistent and innovative engagements
    • Servicing – Coordinating global QBR processes end-to-end, to drive growth and adoption.
    • Positioning – Ensure a tailored, relevant and bespoke solution positioning by each agency.
    • Engagement – A multi-market and multi-function CF centralised approach.
  • Strategy and Solutions, offering strategic direction for your holding companies
    • Annual Planning – Building and delivering a robust annual plan for HoldCo strategic growth.
    • Solutions Delivery – Up-selling and introducing new and relevant CF solutions.
    • Product Creation – Working with agency partners to scope, build and deliver products.

Measurement – The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success:

  • Revenue Growth – You will deliver revenue increases across your HoldCo business, tracked on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure healthy commercial growth.
  • Product Diversification – You will be tasked to up-sell and diversify product adoption across your global, regional and local agencies to ensure Channel Factory growth.
  • Incremental Business – Working with regional and local sales teams across your HoldCo, you will be responsible for driving incremental business and additional up-sell revenues.
  • Stakeholder Management – You will be tasked with cementing and developing existing relationships, along with forging net new relationships that drive engagements.
  • World Class Events – There will be targets to ensure we’re servicing our partners effectively, creating and running bespoke events, strategic off-sites and engagements.

Requirements – The desired experience for delivering in this role:

  • Havas & Publicis Experience – You will have experience working with both Publicis and/or Havas on global/international, in programmatic/biddable/video/AV and senior teams.
  • Seamless Communications – Expert in clear, consistent and engaging communications, ranging from briefing teams internally to presenting a new solution externally to clients.
  • Diverse Collaboration – You will be expert at collaborating, internally with colleagues and externally with senior clients, bringing people together and sharing knowledge effectively.
  • Proactive Commercial Innovation – A proactive approach to ideating and delivering new ideas with an innovative and commercially driven mindset.

Qualifications – The key personal attributes and desired profiles:

  • Media Experience – Possessing 10+ years Industry experience within the AdTech/media industry, ideally servicing a particular group of agencies or holding companies.
  • Global Footprint – You will have experience working in and across multiple markets, relationships with global and international teams within agency groups in multi-locations.
  • Analytical Skills – Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and Agile – Willingness and confidence to perform and work autonomously in a fast-paced and agile working environment - both remotely and travelling globally.
