We have a vacancy for an experienced Signshop Operative at our Ashford depot. The successful candidate will undertake all aspects of the signwriting process for commercial vehicles, from producing and printing artwork to applying and laminating the finished artwork on to vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Producing and printing artwork to a high standard
- Weeding and masking of artwork prior to installation
- Installing and laminating artwork on customer and company vehicles
- Previous knowledge/experience of a Signshop
- An interest/passion for graphic design and a Signshop role
- PC Literate in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Highly efficient
- Be able to work to allocated timings for jobs to achieve tight deadlines
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Used to working to high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team
- GCSE Grade C / 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience/knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
