You'll use the most advanced workshop systems on trucks with state‑of‑the‑art technology. If you enjoy taking on responsibility, then we'll give you the freedom to perform diagnostics and to decide how to carry out maintenance and repairs on trucks. You'll be part of a great team with friendly colleagues. We’re looking for a Supervisor to lead and work alongside a shift team, manage workflow, and ensure high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work Allocation: Assign tasks to the most suitable Technician based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Team Oversight: Monitor progress, reallocate duties when necessary, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Customer & Manager Liaison: Communicate updates clearly and professionally, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Quality Control: Check and sign off completed work, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality systems.
- Administration: Complete all relevant paperwork and job cards accurately.
- Workshop Supervision: Oversee staff performance, monitor time‑keeping and productivity, authorise overtime, and identify training needs.
