The Senior Project Manager will be our go-to person for projects within 4Studio, leading on complex, exciting, significant, and all new changes within 4Studio (or for things that affect us externally). These projects cover everything we do, so it’s an incredibly diverse role, working on advancing our content production and distribution processes, working closely with tech and analyst teams, through to continuously developing our work alongside Commissioners and Sales partners within C4.

You will work collaboratively with the wider Business Operations team to ensure projects and changes are transitioned effectively into BAU. You will also lead our small team of Project Managers, being their initial point of support and escalation, and providing effective line management.

You will actively lead our most important projects and ensure the project portfolio is managed effectively amongst your team. This role will also involve collaborating and liaising with our central ePMO team on IMPACT projects, making sure they’re well governed and reporting requirements are fulfilled, alongside ownership of business case development for any investment-led projects.

  4. Own, shape, and implement a robust project method and approach for delivery of projects within 4Studio. Enable stable delivery and strong risk and issue management across our projects, alongside a clear tooling strategy for project management in our teams, leading to successful project outcomes across the portfolio.
  5. As a senior role within our Business Operations team, collaborate with your peers, playing an important role in delivering effective and stable operations for 4Studio. This involves building strong partnerships with other Senior Managers within the Business Operations Hub and wider 4Studio peers to ensure projects are well integrated into BAU, with Ops specialists involved at the right moments to support successful delivery and integration.
  6. Ensure your own and your team\’s project documentation is well managed, with strong and continuous communication and reporting with relevant stakeholders, so they are fully informed and engaged on our projects.
  7. You will be an excellent communicator, reporting and building engagement in your roadmaps and plans for all areas of your responsibilities, ensuring the Leadership team, your peers, and key stakeholders are aware, supportive, and regularly updated on your team\’s initiatives.
  8. You will be the Senior Project Management subject matter expert and stakeholder in 4Studio and wider Channel 4 projects that require or impact 4Studio.
  9. Manage budgeting and costs for your team.
