DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
4Studio is the driving force behind C4’s digital acceleration strategy, with the objective to create, adapt and distribute brilliant content across our social and digital channels, building engaged audiences that deliver digital views at scale. The Business Operations team get things done. Made up of Operations, Project & Process Managers, they ensure our ways of working are agile and efficient and lead on our biggest and most important changes or launches across the department and other Channel 4 teams. The team are our key contacts for keeping projects & processes flowing smoothly and efficiently through the department. The role is based in C4’s National HQ in Leeds and will be a key component of C4’s regional strategy, providing creative job opportunities outside of London and expanding the diversity of the company’s creative contribution.
Role Purpose
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and managing 4Studio projects and workstreams from initiation to closure. This includes planning, executing and implementing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. Working across all 4Studio teams and with neighbouring Channel 4 departments our Project Managers are our go to people to get things done, lead change and inspire project teams to deliver successful outcomes. The Project Manager will be a natural collaborator and exceptional communicator, helping bring order and clarity, solve problems and ensure stakeholders are continually informed on progress throughout the project lifecycle.
