As Marketing Manager, you’ll work with a Marketing Lead to deliver imaginative, insight-driven campaigns that cut through and connect. You’ll take full ownership of smaller campaigns, leading them end-to-end with energy and precision, while also supporting the Marketing Lead on major, high-profile launches that make headlines. From briefing audience research and writing creative briefs to managing production, budgets and agencies, you’ll be the driving force that keeps projects on track and creativity flowing.

Key Responsibilities- Lead smaller campaigns independently, from strategy to execution.
- Support Marketing Leads on large-scale, high-profile campaigns, helping to translate big strategic ideas into flawless delivery.
- Partner with agencies, production teams and creatives to bring ideas to life.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign assets with precision.
- Use audience insight and data to shape strategy and measure impact.
- Build strong relationships across Channel 4’s commissioning, creative, comms and digital teams.
- Represent Channel 4 externally with production companies, talent agents, and media and production partners.
- Stay tuned into cultural trends, media innovation and competitor activity, feeding fresh thinking back into the team.
- Contribute to brainstorms, creative reviews and cultural moments with enthusiasm and ideas.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their craft.

Salary Basic salary per annum starting from £43,094.00
