The C4 Apprenticeship Programme offers full-time work experience and formal qualification in sustainability. Apprentices spend four days per week in a C4 department and one day completing learning activities. 60% of the working week is in-office and 40% working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business to ensure legal sustainability compliance
- Collaborate with the Sustainability team on sustainability KPIs
- Assist with environmental data and monitor sustainability performance of own business and suppliers
- Review sustainability management information and advise on performance, impacts, business risk and appropriate response
- Help implement an auditing programme for key sustainability metrics and programmes
- Work closely with Senior Sustainability Manager, PMO Sustainability and Sustainable Production Executive to achieve sustainability goals
- Assist training staff on sustainability principles, legislation, risks and opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- English & Maths GCSE, Grade C (4) or above
- 18 years old or over at the time the scheme starts (no upper age limit)
- Experience in communication, attention to detail, organisation and problem solving
- Passion for Channel 4’s remit

Hybrid Working Pattern
