The Sales Operations team is responsible for the creation and delivery of maximising revenue across all delivery methods of viewing within the 4Sales portfolio across linear, VoD and Social. The team is required to deliver exceptional levels of service to Sales and customers, manages deal delivery and creates value through innovative systems, working practices and new trading opportunities. The department works with several external vendors and key stakeholders across the business to develop roadmaps, ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues. They also provide answers to content, data, forecasting and operational questions. Job Purpose
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic and curious Audience and Programmatic Analyst to join our growing digital offering at C4. The role involves developing data-backed audience strategies that drive performance and efficiency across our digital media ecosystem. The analyst will push forward our attribution solution and seek optimisation strategies for our programmatic solutions. They will work with our established audience tools such as our CDP, Data Clean Room and attribution solution, but also help to onboard new technologies and data tools to further enhance the audience product. The analyst will drive traction within the Sales Teams and across C4 by looking at patterns and delivering actionable audience insight. They will be analysing performance data direct from the C4 Ad Server to understand DSP behaviour around PMP deals and drive efficiency and recommendations for a floor price that should fluctuate based on demand. They will also provide a support role in managing the day-to-day PMP campaigns for agencies and trading desks. There is a significant external facing element to the role that requires close collaboration with our trading partners, DSPs and data solution vendors. The role requires a person with proven technical ability and the ability to demonstrate the value of audience and programmatic campaigns to agencies. It is also essential to have an aptitude for problem solving. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage audience segments using any combination of first, second- and third-party data.
- Provide strategic thinking on audience design and targeting logic.
- Work closely with the Audience Manager to build out effective workflows in relation to audience targeted campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop audience strategies for both direct and programmatic campaigns to evaluate performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance and develop our Attribution solution to best in class.
- Analyse performance data from the ad server to identify insight and opportunities.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with Data and Programmatic partners.
- Optimise and drive efficiency gains through the workflow and campaign set up processes.
- Ensure yield maximisation and operational ad delivery efficiency.
- Build excellent relationships with the Direct Sales and Operations teams.
- Be flexible and passionate about getting the job done and the demands of a changing media landscape.
