Apprenticeship Programme

This apprenticeship is a full‑time role with one day per week dedicated to formal training. You will spend 60% of your working week in your office base and 40% working from home. Training will include workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching, and residential boot camps.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years old or over at the start date. No upper age limit.
  • You need a grade C (4) or above in Maths & English GCSE.
  • You must not have already completed the qualification offered or a similar one.

Department Description

4Studio is the engine room for C4’s digital acceleration strategy, creating and distributing short‑form content across social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key process and project meetings to ensure the right people are involved.
  • Provide regular communication and reporting to the Operations team.
  • Help plan and facilitate projects and process improvements.
  • Assist with data collection, management and analysis for improvement projects.
  • Create and run compliance audits and monitor quality control.
  • Support resource management, forecasting and planning.
  • Assist the Content Operations team with platform access requests and rights issues.
  • Facilitate workshops, deliver training and problem‑solve.
  • Perform day‑to‑day administration and ad hoc tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Understanding and passion for Channel 4’s remit.
  • Confirm you have Maths & English GCSE Grade C (4) or above.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel.
