This role focuses on identifying ways to grow C4+ by working with the C4+ Squad. The holder will provide clarity on audience and propositional hierarchy, lead sync planning and coordination across all C4+ activity, and maximise impact during key change events such as pricing and product changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive cross‑channel strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Lead market intelligence and insights for the C4+ proposition through competitive research, market trends, segmentation, personas, and ideal customer profiles.
- Work closely with audience insight to ensure teams deeply understand target customers and know how to attract and retain them.
- Create clear product messaging and positioning that maintains differentiation, provides clear reasons to become and stay a member, and enables effective campaigns.
- Collaborate and coordinate activity with the cross‑functional squad – product, marketing, audience optimisation and insight – to develop tactical and strategic plans to improve paid acquisitions.
- Deliver go‑to‑market planning and business readiness for C4+ changes, including pricing and promotional strategies, and collaborate across the organisation to ensure successful launches.
- Regularly review campaign and launch results to understand effectiveness and optimise accordingly.
- Keep abreast of the content schedule, identifying opportunities for C4+ members.
- Oversee the C4+ sign‑up experience to ensure alignment with messaging hierarchy and campaigns, and optimise the journey to increase conversion.
- Use Adobe Analytics to build, analyze and report on performance data.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to compile performance results and interpret data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record in product marketing, preferably direct‑to‑customer, with good understanding of LTV and ARPU metrics.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and media channels, including experience working with technical teams to deliver digital experiences.
- Hands‑on experience of using CRM/marketing tools to build campaigns.
- Project management experience to coordinate change and launch activity across teams.
- Knowledge of data protection and permission‑based marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present information concisely and engagingly.
- Experience developing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to manage a diverse workload.
- Passion for the C4 remit and content.
