The Role
As a Managing Consultant you will lead and assure complex consulting programmes across local authority Children's Services, SEND and Education. You will combine delivery leadership, client relationship management, people development, and commercial stewardship – driving impact and value for clients while growing our CS&E practice.

- Lead proposals and ensure strong commercial governance.
Who would we like to hear from?
The ideal candidate(s) will have proven people management skills and bring a passion for developing colleagues across Channel3. You will provide ongoing coaching and mentoring and support our team's learning and development and general wellbeing.
In addition, you will have:
- Significant experience in Children's Services, SEND and/or Education.
- Strong consulting toolkit: problem‐solving, programme management, communication.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Evidence of partnership growth and new business development.
- Robust commercial acumen.
- Inclusive people leadership.
- Understanding of statutory frameworks and inspection regimes.
- Recognised delivery and change qualifications.
