The Role: As we enter a period of growth, we are looking for individuals to drive delivery of tangible results working in partnership with our clients. You will be a committed team player with the ability to support and inspire our clients. You will contribute to the rapid growth of our business by supporting our business to do what we do even better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to deliver discrete pieces of work on engagements.
  • Supports client workshops, meetings and presentations.
  • Supporting engagements of varying scale and complexity.

Client Engagement:

  • Managing stakeholder expectations proactively.
  • Communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Developing and nurturing key client relationships.

Knowledge and Innovation:

  • Utilising experience to support delivery.
  • Building expertise and knowledge of health and care market and digital sector.
  • Developing consulting skills, supported by wider Channel 3 team.
  • Supports the processes involved in commercial management of engagements.
  • Proactive in developing network, recognising potential opportunities and supporting senior colleagues to convert these opportunities where appropriate.
