The Role
This role is centred on delivering Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions that drive real, practical business value. You’ll work directly with clients, from C-Suite to end users, to ideate, design, build and deploy intelligent automation solutions, with a strong focus on:
- Agent-led experiences
- Workflow automation
- Secure enterprise integration
This is not a pure data science or machine learning role, the focus is on scalable, real-world solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry (for advanced scenarios). As a Lead Consultant, you’ll also play a key role in shaping how we deliver, owning best practice, and supporting the growth of the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead client conversations on AI strategy, architecture, data and security
- Lead and be accountable for the design, build, test and deployment of Copilot Agents, Power Platform automations, Power Apps and develop with intent more advanced solutions using Microsoft Foundry and Fabric solutions
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant and aligned to Microsoft best practice
- Own governance standards, reusable components, delivery frameworks and ALM approaches
- Support pre-sales (scoping, sizing, solution shaping, proposals/SoWs)
- Coach and mentor others; evolve delivery standards and best practices
- Managing capacity, utilisation and margins of the growing team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years delivering Power Platform, data or AI solutions in client-facing environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, data modelling (Dataverse/connectors/APIs), security & governance across Microsoft 365 / Power Platform
- Experience with ALM and DevOps pipelines (Power Platform / Azure DevOps)
- Proven ability to translate client requirements into practical solutions, with strong stakeholder skills
- Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others
- Solid grounding in waterfall and agile project/delivery methodologies
Nice to have:
- Fabric, Foundry, Azure integrations, API-led architecture, Python/TypeScript/SQL.
Certification Pathway
Essential (if not already achieved): AB-900, AB-730, PL-200 or AB-410, AB-620
Desirable: AI-900 / AI-901, PL-900, AB-731, AB-100
