About Us
Changing Social is a people‑first Microsoft consultancy specialising in AI Workplace Transformation. We help organisations move beyond experimentation and make AI a practical, trusted and repeatable part of everyday work. We design and deliver solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Viva and Fabric, embedding AI into real operational workflows through apps, agents and automations. Alongside technology delivery, we place huge emphasis on training, change management and low‑code enablement, ensuring solutions are genuinely usable and adopted by everyone. Founded in 2018, we’ve grown to around 60 people across the UK and US, and we’re now entering our next major phase of growth. What really defines us is our culture and values. We’re supportive, collaborative and genuinely care about people, both our clients and our team. We focus on doing the right thing, delivering meaningful impact quickly and creating an environment where everyone can learn, grow and do their best work.
The Role
As demand for AI‑enabled and data‑led Power Platform solutions grows, we’re investing in senior capability to help our clients scale safely and confidently. This is a senior, hands‑on delivery role. You’ll own solutions from discovery through to build, release and handover, acting as a trusted consultant to our clients. You’ll be comfortable leading delivery, making technical decisions and combining low‑code with solid data and governance practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning delivery of Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions across multiple client engagements
- Leading discovery to define outcomes, success metrics and delivery approach
- Designing and building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and M365, including integrations via APIs/connectors
- Working confidently with Microsoft Fabric to support analytics, reporting and AI‑ready data foundations
- Building Copilot Studio agents that combine grounded knowledge with actions and automations
- Implementing ALM, environments, pipelines and DLP so solutions are scalable, secure and supportable
- Applying security and compliance by design
- Managing stakeholders, scope and delivery risks clearly and proactively
- Supporting pre‑sales and solution shaping where necessary
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong, hands‑on Power Platform experience in production
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g. Lakehouse, Warehouses, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, semantic models, reporting)
- Comfortable owning delivery end‑to‑end (discovery → handover)
- Strong governance and ALM mindset (environments, solutions, pipelines, DLP)
- Experience working in a consulting / Microsoft Partner / client‑facing environment
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
Highly Desirable
- Low‑code agent build experience (Copilot Studio / agent workflows)
- Awareness or experience with Foundry or broader AI platform patterns
- Enjoyment of data‑led and AI‑enabled solution design alongside low‑code delivery
Why Join Changing Social
- Be part of a growing company operating across the UK and US
- Work on innovative, real‑world AI and agent‑based solutions
- A genuinely people‑first, values‑led culture
- Opportunity to grow, influence, and develop alongside the business
- Fully remote (UK‑based), with trust and flexibility built in
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (with flexible bank holiday options)
- Additional annual leave for long service (up to 5 extra days)
- Pension scheme and Health Cash Plan (Medicash) covering dental, optical, physio & mental health support
- Access to Smart Hive perks, discounts, EAP, and wellbeing tools
