Creative with meticulous attention to detail, a confident presenter and experience using Microsoft 365.

We’re looking for a UK-based Microsoft Trainer who can deliver practical, engaging and business-focused training across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot. This isn’t traditional product training. You’ll run hands-on, outcome-driven sessions that help organisations build real confidence, capability and adoption, not just awareness. From structured learning programmes to interactive workshops like Promptathons and App in a Day, your work will directly influence how people use technology day-to-day.

If you love seeing people have those “lightbulb moments”, thrive in front of different audiences and enjoy adapting your style to suit both technical and non-technical users, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging, business-focused Microsoft 365 training sessions for both end users and power users
  • Leading Power Platform training, covering Power Apps and Power Automate fundamentals
  • Running interactive workshops such as Promptathons and App in a Day sessions
  • Translating technical concepts into practical, real-world use cases that people can apply immediately
  • Adapting content and delivery style based on audience, industry and technical maturity
  • Supporting clients in building internal confidence and long-term capability with Microsoft tools
  • Creating and evolving training materials, assets and learning pathways based on feedback and new Microsoft capabilities
  • Collaborating closely with consultants and delivery teams to ensure training aligns with wider transformation programmes
  • Driving adoption by showing how Microsoft tools can be used to improve productivity, collaboration and automation

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training in a client-facing environment
  • Confidence delivering training across Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
  • Experience running interactive workshops or hackathon-style sessions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across different business functions

Desirable

  • Experience delivering Copilot or AI-focused training
  • Microsoft certifications (Modern Work, Power Platform or similar)
  • Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
  • Exposure to adoption and change-led transformation programmes
