You’ll join our Workplace Enablement team as a Community Manager, supporting our Digital Champions programmes. Digital Champions are internal change leaders within customer organisations, typically communities of 100–500 people who help colleagues adopt new ways of working with Microsoft 365 and AI.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive engagement in Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage communities
  • Support Champions with Microsoft 365 use cases and questions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and community members
  • Deliver and support live online enablement sessions
  • Track and report engagement and adoption metrics
  • Work closely with consultants, trainers, and Customer Success colleagues on live engagements

No two engagements are the same. Microsoft evolves constantly, so you’ll keep learning, stay current, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Experience presenting, teaching, coaching, or engaging groups is a bonus, but not essential.
