We’re looking for a Microsoft Trainer who can deliver practical, engaging and business-focused training across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot. This isn’t traditional product training. You’ll run hands‑on, outcome-driven sessions that help organisations build real confidence, capability and adoption not just awareness. From structured learning programmes to interactive workshops like Promptathons and App in a Day, your work will directly influence how people use technology day-to-day. When you love seeing people have those “lightbulb moments”, thrive in front of different audiences and enjoy adapting your style to suit both technical and non‑technical users, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging, business-focused Microsoft 365 training sessions for both end users and power users
- Leading Power Platform training, covering Power Apps and Power Automate fundamentals
- Running interactive workshops such as Promptathons and App in a Day sessions
- Translating technical concepts into practical, real-world use cases that people can apply immediately
- Adapting content and delivery style based on audience, industry and technical maturity
- Supporting clients in building internal confidence and long‑term capability with Microsoft tools
- Creating and evolving training materials, assets and learning pathways based on feedback and new Microsoft capabilities
- Collaborating closely with consultants and delivery teams to ensure training aligns with wider transformation programmes
- Driving adoption by showing how Microsoft tools can be used to improve productivity, collaboration and automation
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training in a client-facing environment
- Confidence delivering training across Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Experience running interactive workshops or hackathon-style sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in‑person and virtually
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across different business functions
Desirable
- Experience delivering Copilot or AI-focused training
- Microsoft certifications (Modern Work, Power Platform or similar)
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
- Exposure to adoption and change‑led transformation programmes
