You will be a highly motivated, and driven person that develops strong relationships with their team members and customers easily. You will be introduced to a number of our senior clients and contacts, and you will must be able to display our LOVE values where our team and customers will love to work with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK market, focusing on large enterprise organisations across diverse sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that meet these needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into successful sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners to leverage opportunities for co-sell and joint marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the strategic sales focus by driving revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates to the leadership team on pipeline and forecast.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably within the technology or consultancy sectors.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and the digital transformation landscape.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within an organisation.
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability and resilience, with a passion for innovation and driving change.
