About the Job

Join Changing Lives Homes, part of the Changing Lives group, as a Trustee-Treasurer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with governing documents, charity law, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical practice.
• Contribute to setting the charity’s strategic direction and monitor progress against its aims.
• Safeguard the charity’s financial health by scrutinising financial plans, budgets, reports and risks.
• Provide financial leadership to the Board, including guiding the Board in understanding the charity’s financial position and supporting the development of the charity’s financial strategy.
