About the Service β Housing & Homelessness Services
We believe a safe home is the foundation for rebuilding life. Our support targets those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, domestic abuse survivors, women, and young people.

About the Job
We are seeking passionate individuals experienced in working directly with young people (16-25), including skills in support planning, safeguarding, risk assessment, referral processes, and housing management.
You will join a dedicated team of support workers (day and night shifts) committed to providing the best support for our young residents and supporting each other.
Training will be provided on all role aspects, along with regular reflective practice and case reviews. You will have frequent 1:1 sessions to share experiences and receive support, along with a comprehensive induction into Changing Lives and The Sheiling.
Your primary role will involve helping young people develop independent living skills and live fulfilling lives. This includes delivering workshops, signposting to external agencies, maintaining high standards for young people\βs files and service documentation, and adhering to GDPR and safeguarding policies.
You will also ensure the premises meet all legal and safety standards, working with the Housing Management Worker to report and address maintenance needs.
