About the Job
Sessional Workers are vital to our project operations, and we are seeking workers across Northamptonshire.
You will interact daily with service users—coaching, supporting, and empowering them to pursue their hopes and aspirations. Your focus will be on the future and encouraging positive steps to improve their quality of life.
This role offers the chance to work across multiple projects, developing your skills in a rewarding field. You can also apply for all our vacancies, including internal-only roles.
The position offers a fair hourly rate for every hour worked, plus holiday pay contributions.
