About the Job
The role purpose is to Manage a team of support workers and support residents to deliver a safe quality support to the people who access the services. To ensure that services are providing support in a person centred and inclusive way with all residents.
This role is to support the Project Manager with delivering an excellent service for those we work with in line with the organisation’s mission statement, service goals, values and associated regulations and guidance and legislature.
This role is to oversight of Acorn and Alder accommodation at the Fells.
