Changing Lives is a nationwide charity delivering housing and homelessness services in Newcastle and across the country. The Project Worker role sits within a team dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs, with comprehensive training provided and regular reflective practice sessions. Our service operates on a rolling rota, requiring flexibility to ensure uninterrupted support. The successful candidate will join a committed team of 11, including 5 support workers, in Virginia House.
